Submit your child's application packet. Our team can help you along the way with any questions.

Academic/Social

Schedule your child's evaluation with Illumine School to verify the ability of Illumine School to support your child.

Enroll

Submit your child's school registration forms and enrollment fee to officially become an Illumine student.
